| Edmonton, AB (Sports Network) - The Edmonton Oilers placed defenseman Lubomir Visnovsky on injured reserve Thursday. Visnovsky suffered a right shoulder injury during Tuesday's 3-1 loss to Chicago, and is not with the Oilers as they begin a three-game road trip in St. Louis. The 32-year-old backliner is fourth on the Oilers in scoring with eight goals and 31 points in 50 games. |
